Stat-Keeper Guide
General Advice
- Stay calm. You will miss things and that is completely fine. Focus on the most important stats first: goals made and missed. Everything else is a bonus.
- Record what you see. If you're not sure whether something counts, make a quick decision and move on. You can always undo or correct actions.
- Don't stress about mistakes. The app has an undo button. One wrong stat will not ruin anything.
- Use the two-tap flow. On the iPad layout, select a player first, then tap the action button. The action is recorded immediately once both are selected.

Opponent Tracking
The right column on the iPad layout has buttons for tracking opponent actions. These are single-tap actions that don't require selecting a player.
- Opp Goal +1 — The opponent scored. Adds one to their score automatically.
- Opp Miss — The opponent attempted a shot and missed.
- Opp Off Reb / Opp Def Reb — The opponent got an offensive or defensive rebound.
- Opp Turnover — The opponent lost possession (any reason).
- Opp Penalty — The opponent was penalised. Choose Contact or Obstruction from the submenu.
